Blake Helton

Hello! I am Blake Helton PT, PDT
Blake Helton is the newest addition to the Elevate Physical Therapy team, joining us the summer of 2023!
Blake graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri in 2019. Blake is passionate about treating orthopedic and sports injuries/surgeries as well as conditions pertaining to vertigo/dizziness, concussion, and loss of balance. He stays up-to-date on current methods of treatment to implement the best interventions to accelerate his patients recovery. Blakes passions align with his former career as a Track & Field Cross Country Coach, where he now utilizes his past experience to fuel his knowledge for his physical therapy patients.
When Blake is not at the clinic, he enjoys going for runs, lifting weights, cooking new food, and playing board games with his family and friends.
